Senior / Family Portrait Sessions ......................................... $450

Graduating is a big deal! I believe the senior photo shoot experience is all about showing who you are and who you have become. I am committed to providing you with a great photography experience and amazing senior portraits to last a life time.
What to Expect
Secure your session date by paying your session fee. This will lock in your session time and date. Once we confirm your date I will send you a secure link to pay online.
We will then decide on a location. Do you love the great outdoors? How about cityscapes? Is there a location that is special to you? You have no idea? Here are a few of my favorite locations:
Then start thinking about your outfits. Google "senior portraits" and check out Pinterest. Here's Kitty Michelle Photography's Senior Pinterest Board. I've got lots of great ideas for posing and outfits there. I want this session to be all about "you" so don't be afraid to tell me your ideas, likes, and dislikes!

Just relax and have fun! I will give you lots of ideas and help throughout your session to help you feel comfortable. You may feel nervous at first, but don't worry - you'll soon relax as we get to know each other.
Props are Good
Feel free to bring some props. Props can help define what you are all about. Your pet, your car, motorcycle, sports equipment, uniforms, books, musical instruments, hunting gear, computers. Bring it along! We'll incorporate your prop in a special and fun way.
What to Wear
Bring a couple of outfits that show your personality that you feel comfortable in and that flatters your figure. With each outfit, make sure it’s ironed…wrinkles are hard to remove from a photo! Solid colors and long sleeves photograph well but you’ll want to avoid solid white clothing. White clothing may become overexposed in the image (some white in layering or accessories is fine.) Choose a top with sleeves at least to the elbow because your arms take up more skin area than your face and will draw attention… and it may also make your arms look larger. Keep jewelry simple and minimalistic. Too much draws attention away from your face.
Be comfortable and prepared to walk around. I like to meander sometimes to find the best light, so don’t hesitate to pack a comfortable pair of shoes to walk around in. Also make sure your shoes, socks and accessories match your outfits.
Are you planning on getting a hair cut before your shoot? Make sure to do so no later than one week before your photos. Make sure your hair is styled before your session with a look you’re comfortable with. Don’t forget to bring a brush/comb, hairspray or gel, just in case you need a touch up! Nails should be trimmed prior to your session. Ladies, I suggest painting yours with a clear or neutral color as well.
What about make up? Rule of thumb - go with your normal day time look to start with. You can always add a little more, but it's hard to take off and have to start over. Concealer is a good friend to help minimize blemishes. Make sure to have lip gloss on hand as well! One thing to avoid however is white sparkle eye shadow. It can give a ghost like appearance in photos. And be sure to get a good night sleep. Puffy, red eyes are no fun!
Family and friends are welcome to join us during this memorable time!
